This tanker truck was half full, when he was attempting to get close to the cement culvert in front of the truck.

It was raining and the ground washed out from under the left rear of the truck and it was starting to tip over. 

We hooked the smaller truck to the top of the tanker pulling it sideways so it would move the center of balance more to the center of the truck, while our bigger truck pulled it back out of the bad area.
