Private Property Towing (P.P.T.)

When a vehicle is parked on someone's property, and may or may not block access to businesses, or someone's home, than under F.S. 715.07 the property owner has the right to call a towing company to have that vehicle removed. 

This is a service we provide for some properties, however we are not the type of towing company that will patrol, or watch a property looking for illegally parked cars.  Nor do we pay any type of "finder's fee" for customer's that do call us.  When called by a pre-registered property owner or agent to an address we will respond and remove vehicle requested.  That is the only way AFA Towing will remove a vehicle for Private Property Impound.

If you do come out to remove the vehicle we were called out to tow before we have left the property, you will have to pay one half the tow bill in cash for the car to be dropped on site. Otherwise the car will be towed to our impound and the fees will be in accordance to the local or town ordinance.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 4:30PM. If you need your vehicle outside of those hours arrangements can be made, and additional fees may apply.
